Design Pricing…

 

For clients based locally an initial consultation at your home/site/showroom to discuss your upcoming project is the best start point.  I will enquire about your usage and any specific requirements you may have, also any direction for your project.

Out of area clients are welcome to have a consultation via phone call, email or Zoom, just whichever works best for you.  Travel to certain Northern areas is also available, please view rates below.

You will receive documentation of our discussion’s, a product schedule of possible items and an estimation for the complete bathroom design.  If you require me to project co-ordinate your bathroom then this will be a separate estimation.

 

In home/Site Consultation                                   $250.00 + GST 

(Includes one hour onsite, one hour preparing sketches and one hour to present, zoom meetings for clients out of area)     

(Travel charges per kilometer apply)          $1.30 + GST

Standard Travel  (locally)                                $20.00 + GST

Out of Area Travel                                                To be advised

Flat fee for Zoom Meetings (max 1 hour)         $75.00 + GST

Project Coordination Rate per hour                   To Be Advised

Builder / Plumber / Rental Rates available upon request.
